The story in the dream

I dreamed of a magical story, and my friend said it reflected my experiences; it also had a Borges-like feeling, which made me very happy, so I decided to share this story here. This is also the first dream I can remember where I wasn't involved, and it's quite interesting.

Once upon a time, there was a stone, but this was not an ordinary stone; it was very spiritual. For some reason, this stone ended up in the city (let's not delve into the details in the dream), and then the stone attracted a mouse, which carried the stone back from the street and placed it on a piece of rag it had collected. Unfortunately, the maid discovered the mouse and went to chase it away, so the mouse bit the four corners of the rag and ran off with the stone. It ran to a high place, and when the maid tried to drive it away with a stick, the mouse jumped down holding the stone, and the rag acted like a parachute, safely landing the mouse and the stone. As soon as they landed, the mouse got its tail stepped on by the male lead, who took the stone away. The mouse walked away with its tail tucked in, and the male lead took the stone back, observing or rather admiring it under the candlelight. He placed the stone where he had previously kept his pocket watch, within his reach, and he was so enamored with it that time passed. The stone fell in love with the male lead's elegant posture. Moreover, the stone understood the method of transformation and could change into other things, but its mass remained unchanged; it was still the mass of that stone.

One night, the male lead took out the stone, and it transformed into a thumb-sized beautiful woman, but the male lead was not surprised at all (I was surprised in the dream). Then the two began to interact intimately; when she was thumb-sized, he stroked her hair, and when she grew a bit larger, he caressed her cheeks, and so on. The stone kept growing until it became the shape of a normal-sized person. The male lead suddenly asked, "Can you turn into a lion?" The female lead, the stone, transformed into a lioness, pinning the male lead down and rubbing her sharp teeth against his neck. The male lead did not resist at all; although the female lead was light, she still had the mass of the stone. The male lead held her tightly, and then the female lead took the male lead's head into her mouth, and the scene shifted to the male lead's perspective, which turned dark, leading to the next scene.

The next scene was a montage of their daily life, which I have mostly forgotten. It was probably about how much the male lead enjoyed having the female lead in her lion form accompany him. The male lead had frequented a lion club long before, and he stroked the female lead in her human form. He lay beneath the lioness, stroking her belly fur, pressed the lioness down, and brought his neck close to her mouth, as the lioness gradually transformed into human form, and they began to kiss passionately.

The male lead had a friend who also loved lions and envied the male lead for having such a lion. One day, he got news about a lion from somewhere unknown and invited the male lead to go lion hunting with him. The male lead brought the female lead along, still in her lion form, and they interacted intimately without a care for others.

Finally, they defined an area, and the friend sent many hunters to encircle the rumored lion, instructing them not to harm the lion but to drive it towards them. The male lead and his friend were together, and the friend hoped the male lead could witness him capturing his first lion. However, the male lead and female lead had been interacting for too long, lost in their feelings, and secretly slipped out of the tent. Then there was a segment of their intimate interaction. Meanwhile, the friend was listening to the hunters' reports and heard that the lion was coming towards them, so he left the tent to look for the lion's tracks. The friend noticed a bush moving and shot at it, but unfortunately, it was the male and female leads.

We know that with constant mass, the larger the volume, the smaller the density. So if the female lead maintained her lion form, she would be pierced, and the male lead would also be injured. She transformed back into the original stone form, blocking the bullet, and the male lead's scream was heard by his friend, who approached, only to find the male lead alone there. The female lead had already been shattered. The friend carried the unconscious male lead back to the tent, and at the same time, a mouse ran out from the male lead's luggage, meeting the male lead and then walking away from him.
